You know that I am a fan of Calvin Klein's sleek, minimalist style. I loved its flagship store on Madison Avenue, designed by John Pawson, the sculptural shoes, the clean, stark fashion, the work of its creative director Francisco Costa. In fact, 30% of my own wardrobe comes from that store and so my family's. So when I saw Calvin Klein's latest furniture collection, which comes to evoke that same aesthetic, I was disappointed. I find it dull, uninteresting, and somewhat boring.
