Loved the show Let it Be at the St. James Theater on Broadway last night. Loved it all. The talent, the music, the style. From the moment they took over the world stage in the '60s with their amazing music, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, John Lennon, and George Harrison became not only a cultural phenomenon, but also taste setter that came to influence the look and style of that generation. The show follows the Beatles’ career with a great attention to style in fashion: suits, skinny ties, and shaggy hair, and, in the most famous rock album cover of all time, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, they wore colorful military-style outfits.
