Peter Marino, one of the most intriguing and ambitious tastemakers of our time is the focus of a museum show entitled “One Way: Peter Marino,” which opens at the Bass Museum on Tuesday. It is one of the events on the top of my list to attend in my upcoming trip to Miami. While Marino’s work in interior design has been widely features for decades, this show comes to reveal his relationship with art, as the pioneer of cross-disciplinary practice. Curated by internationally renowned cultural agitator and curator Jérôme Sans, the exhibition explores the interplay between Marino’s iconic architectural designs, his personal collection of contemporary art and his series of cast-bronze boxes.
